The bg_id number selects a file out of the media library matching the picture with that ID. The title is neatly placed in the middle of the banner and the button can be configured with the desired URL and button text.

This has been depreciated as it is not necessary to input this shortcode manually it is now placed in at the template level of a default page and give the functionality of uploading the image instead of typing in the ID number.
