1. Team picture needs to be sized correctly to fit appropriately and not cut team members out 2. 3. & 4. looking for a little more structure in the dropdown menus

1 –Im not sure I understand your request at all and need clarification which.
likely can be clarified with a screenshot of your screen when i see it as your described stimuli is not occurring on my end.
The team picture itself never was resized in this step at all so it remains the same as what it was previously.
I am not sure i understand what the relation between the group image, the homepage and the dropdowns are and or how this intersects with whats being described here.
2 – (Without seeing the screenshot image of how it presents on your screen I am not absolutely sure what I’m responding to here but a screenshot of your screen will provide clarity. Additionally there are no team members on the homepage)
This is the same as it always has been and would 100% be a design decision that would need to be made in a design specific re-deisgn. As far as “organizing team members by role type” … it certainly is not a bad idea but we would need to come up with how data of that sort is presented in the layout but yes that could definitely be accomplished. Does this refer to the menu/navigation or the our team page ?
