This leads to a Jotform. Can you look into this? When I test filled it, the email went to myself, jodie, Ryan, and [email protected]. Just wondering if it is something we need to make sure we have access to.
Goal/Reason for change:
Just don’t want to be using something from Lagrande that they could cut off access to.
