Description of Display Concern:
I think you and I discussed that this is something related to Lagrande’s set up or plugin. What’s your thoughts on this and if we should keep it? We don’t utilize it unless someone randomly finds it on the site. Second page is the corresponding thank you page that some one receives if they filled out a form after selecting the ‘thumbs down’ option.
Goal/Reason for change:
Decision on whether this is needed. Currently not really being utilized. When Lagrande first started with us in 2021 they would send a series of 3 emails asking for reviews to our past client list and the email would take them to this filter. That soon ended in like fall of 2021 and then they never did it again.
